Delete Your DateDots Account & Data

DateDots is operated by Big Mountain Outpost, LLC. This page explains how to delete your account and the data associated with it. App name: DateDots (com.bigmountainoutpost.datedots).

Option 1 — Delete in the app (instant)

If you signed in with Google, you can delete your account and all cloud data directly in the app:

1. Open DateDots.
2. Go to Settings → Account.
3. Tap "Delete account & data" and confirm.

This permanently removes your cloud (Firestore) data and your authentication account.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

You can also request deletion by emailing us from the Google account tied to your DateDots account:

bigmountainoutpost@gmail.com

We verify the request through control of that account and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your cloud-stored alarms, routines, timeline templates, assigned dates, and settings.
• Your authentication account (Google account ID, name, email, and profile photo URL held for sign-in).
• Your DateDots Pro entitlement record, if you have one (your Pro status and the store's transaction identifiers).

What stays

• Alarms and settings stored only on your device remain until you uninstall DateDots or clear its app data — they are not held by us.

We do not retain backups of deleted account data beyond the period required to complete the deletion.
